Moe Icons Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or downloading any icon resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Moe Icons provides a library of icons together with tools to browse, download, install and generate them. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially reduces the rights of a user with a paid license, we will act consistently with the license terms in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Accounts

Free style groups and downloads do not require an account. An account is required to purchase or access Pro resources. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Free and Pro licenses

The icon resources are licensed, not sold.

• Free resources. The Free style groups may be used without an account, subject to these Terms and the applicable usage terms. The published component package ships the Moe Outline set; other Free groups are available through website downloads and the command-line tool.
• Pro resources. Pro style groups are unlocked by a one-time purchase and are available to an account with an active entitlement. Pro is not part of the published component package.
• Permitted use. Under the applicable license you may integrate and use the icons in software, applications, websites and other materials that you own or control, including commercial products, and you may modify them to fit your design.
• Restrictions. You may not resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the icons available to third parties as a standalone product, and you may not allow third parties to download, extract or redistribute the icons as individual files.

The license shown at checkout ("Moe Icons License Agreement") is the authoritative text for the scope of your license. If it conflicts with this summary, the license text governs.

5. Purchases, pricing and refunds

Pro is a one-time purchase; it is not a subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; the price and license in effect when you complete a purchase govern that purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Refunds and cancellation requests are handled under applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content. Contact info@moewolf.com with your order details to request cancellation or a refund. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access the Service other than through the interfaces we provide;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service; or
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The icons, code and other content in the Service are protected by copyright and other rights. Except for the license granted to you, all rights, title and interest in the Service remain with Moe Icons or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the Service and the icon resources from time to time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Pro purchase in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service or others. Rights you have already obtained under a paid license, and your statutory rights, are not affected by termination except where the license provides otherwise.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
